1 Life Therapy with Lowri

I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist  with specialist training in Trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD. 

I work with adults, young people and children aged 11 yrs+ offering psychotherapy.

I offer a safe, warm and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, set goals and make sense of whatever is going on in your life.

We can meet face to face in my therapy room located in a peaceful spot in Preston or remotely online or over the phone.

I take an integrative and creative approach to my work with you,  being guided by your preferences  and goals.  I offer  art, crafts, pets, walking and eco therapy approaches too if you wish.
